Search queries
When you enter a name, place, or other search term in a partner-powered search feature, the query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the feature. DeKalb County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy policy and terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send a message through a site contact method, we retain the information needed to read and respond to it. We do not share a contact message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process. A message to this site is not a request to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department or another public-records custodian.
